Psalm 100
Shout for joy to the
LORD, all the earth. Worship the LORD with gladness; come before
him with joyful songs. Know that the LORD is God. It is he who
made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his
pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with
praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is
good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues
through all generations. |

God, You I praise and thank and worship today as the:
ALMIGHTY
CREATOR
- Who made everything, Who knows everything,
- Who sees everything and is present everywhere.
God, You I praise and thank and
worship as the:
ANCIENT "I AM" of
the Bible
- You have always been and always will be.
- You're the Living God, with me here and now.
- The same Who spoke from the burning bush,
- Who poured fire down upon the altar,
- Who parted the Red Sea.
God, You I praise and thank and
worship as the:
AWESOME
TRINITY: the 3 in 1
- You are the loving Father.
- You are the saving Son.
- You are the inspiring Spirit.
God, You I praise and thank and
worship as the:
AMAZING POWER of the universe
- You are all that's good and right.
- Your power is holy and lights this dark world.
- Your power is undefeated and unbeatable!
God, You I praise and thank and
worship as the:
ASTOUNDING
REDEEMER
- You love us despite our sinful selves.
- You forgive and forget our inequities.
- You abound in mercy and kindness.
- You overflow with grace and goodness
- and shower us with undeserved blessings.
For all this, Lord God Almighty, we praise and thank and worship You.
In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
A Mighty Fortress
A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing.
Our helper He amid the flood of mortal ills prevailing.
For still our ancient foe doth seek to work us woe.
His craft & power are great, and, armed with cruel hate
on earth is not his equal.
Did we in our own strength confide,
our striving would be losing;
were not the right Man on our site,
the Man of God's own choosing:
Dost ask who that may be? Christ Jesus, it is He;
Lord Sabaoth His name, from age to age the same,
and He must win the battle.
And though this world, with devils filled,
should threaten to undo us,
we will not fear, for God hath will His truth
to triumph through us.
The Prince of Darkness grim, we tremble not for him;
His rage we can endure, for lo his doom is sure,
one little word shall fell him.
That word above all earthly powers,
no thanks to them, abideth;
The Spirit and the gifts are ours
through Him who with us sideth.
Let goods and kindred go, this mortal life also.
The body they may kill; God's truth abideth still.
His kingdom is forever.
