Youth, of course, will have their own special place with
eye-catching graphics and special effects that are so captivating to
today's kids. You'd expect that, right? Well, here some Godly
features you won't:
Discipleship will ignite and Bible study will flourish through
online classes. You'll be amazed to see timid souls, who'd never
dare speak when sitting on metal folding chairs, now eagerly share
their thoughts by pecking out email messages.
Prayer
power will flourish as your online prayer room easily allows people
to make and pray for immediate needs. Click an emergency button, and
emails zip to prayer warriors, who grow in numbers as members
observe the power of prayer.
Misinformation will be better controlled when your website, open 24/7,
offers accurate details. Instead of weekly messages, you can
communicate up to the minute. And updates will be so simple that anyone
can type in and upload information online.
Praise from your site's testimony page will echo through the
halls of heaven, as members share a conversion experience, offer a
favorite verse or tell how God has been good to them.
Nothing
makes people hungry for fun like seeing people enjoying themselves.
Photo albums are a sure hit! Why not put a dozen or so pictures
online after your next function to whet the appetite for future
events?
Youth sites, Bible courses, prayer rooms,
news updates, testimony pages and photo albums are just a few of the
attractive features available for Christian websites. |

Just as thought must be given on how to
get people to join the choir or show up for a cookout, so must a
church's site be attractively inviting and interactive. Yes, even
fun.
Members often hurt with unspoken needs to
be loved, helped, accepted, understood. We know the answer to
every problem -- it's Jesus! -- and successful church websites
should show it and talk about the help our Lord offers.
Most important, our Internet sites should
honor the King of Kings and Lord of Lords just like our buildings
do. Too many Christian sites lack spark. As we born-again believers
must be different from other people, our websites should glorify God
and let the Spirit touch hearts and open minds to Christ.

and constructing Christian websites with such impact. Click here for
