Recipes for making memories

     Mommy and Me announces a tremendous new online project for Year 2000 -- an inspirational cookbook with blessings for body and soul. Coming as a clear call from God, it's an awesome challenge, one that requires your assistance.
     First of all, we need your recipes! Especially those that have been a hit at church fellowships, potluck suppers and covered dish dinners. Not only that, but we want your God- glorifying personal stories behind those dishes. We also ask for your poetry and other inspirational items.
     To be inspirational, this cookbook will offer a double blessing. Half of its pages will be recipes for your body; the other half, inspiration for your soul.

Recipes will be on right-hand pages, with inspirational items at left. Often the content on left- hand pages will lead into the recipe at right.

True to Mommy & Me's mission, the inspirational cookbook will focus on recipes mothers and children can enjoy together in their kitchen. We'll call the section "Making Memories," because that's the product as much as the dish itself.

To get an idea, click on either of the purple buttons at right. You'll see facing pages with examples of memorable experiences and their recipes. Perhaps you remember a spiritual insight from kitchen fun with your grandmother or mother. Maybe you've already helped make a memory for your child. If so, please consider telling the story behind the recipe.	MEMORIES

We also hope to have a section from pastor's wives offering insights and advice as well as their best recipes for church events. And no cookbook would be complete without those quick-and- easy recipes for busy families.

INSPIRATION	Don't have a story to go with a recipe? That's okay, send the recipe anyway. If your recipe is selected it would appear opposite an inspirational item -- a chance for you to publicly witness for the Lord. Please send such items as your testimony, favorite verse or a Godly lesson in life to the address below. Click the buttons at left for examples.

Please include your name and church if desired so we can give proper credit. When complete, the cookbook will be available to purchase online. All proceeds will go to develop this on-line ministry into a greater blessing for Godly families.
Mommy and Me would like to publish the cookbook as early in the year as possible. So please send your recipes and inspirational items as soon as possible.
